The Franklin County Local Food Council has planned a fall Listening Session series about issues faced by workers in the food system. The focus of this series is on essential workers in the food system with a social justice lens to better understand issues of wages, healthcare, working conditions, and how these issues disproportionately impact women and minority food and farm workers.

Speakers for this first part in the series are Lloyd Blake from United Food and Commercial Workers and Sarah Ingles from Central Ohio Worker Center.
